1 X PER WEEK

One hour in-person training once a week. Perfect for those experienced in the gym that are looking for a structured program and weekly check-ins.

2 X PER WEEK

One hour in-person training twice per week. For the beginner to intermediate client looking for extra coaching and extra accountability.

3 X PER WEEK

One hour in-person training three times per week. Highly recommended for beginners or those looking to achieve their goals faster.
